The Panel:
Angus Knowles-Cutler: Partner with Deloitte and head of Post Merger Integration for the EMEA Region, Angus has personally worked on over 130 integrations and separations over the last 25 years. Angus has and is working on some of the largest marketing services integration projects of the last five years.
Jon Priest: Joining us again, Jon is now Group CEO – SPA Future Thinking. Jon founded SPA Research in 1994, selling to Next Wave Partners in 2010 where they then merged with Future Thinking. Jon provided insight into integration and achieving growth following PE investment.
Chris Lever: Former CFO of WCRS and BLM, now owner of Agency DNA. Chris offered insight into some of the challenges of integration from a finance and systems perspective. Agency DNA: a consultancy providing advice and support to agencies on system selection and implementation.
Simon Samuel: Facilitating the panel and MD of Talentarc. Prior to Talentarc, Simon held an M&A role for a US listed technology and recruitment business. talentarc.wpengine.com
