This approach meant our client could avoid the huge costs of using an external consultancy such as Accenture or Deloitte whilst also increasing their control over delivery. Our team delivered a feasibility study based on the roll out of a global payroll system, resulting in a 24 month transformation programme and savings of up to 40% across Capex spend.
